Our company name, Tillitis, is a play with words on the Swedish word “tillit”, which means trust. One way to be trustworthy is to be transparent. Releasing our products as open source, makes it possible for anyone to inspect the hardware and software designs and what it does, is one way of being transparent.

Tillitis will always release products as open source. To be honest, it can be challenging from a business perspective, but the bottom line is we will not do it any other way.
